All you have to do to enter is document the improvements from now until Sunday, November 30th.

Here are the contest requirements.

1) Your success has to be online. That means only increases in online sales of fitness info products, such as e-books, DVD's, CD's, or membership sites will count.

I understand some of you are using the Internet to boost your boot-camps, but I'm restricting this contest to Fitness Info Product Sales only. Sorry!

2) It will work in your favor if you document your changes. You can do this by taking screenshots of your list numbers, your clickbank account totals, your adwords numbers, etc. Take a "before" photo and an "after" photo, as well as progress photos along the way.

(You should be able to find free or cheap screenshot software, I've used Capture's "Quick Screen Capture" in the past.)

We won't make these photos public, but those will go a long way to documenting proof of your "online transformation".

3) Write a detailed summary of what you did to boost your business. For example, maybe you spent the first 30 minutes of each day writing emails to your list, and you could provide some examples. Etc.

4) Anyone can enter. There's no entry fee, no programs have to be bought, and you don't have to sign-up for anything.

To be honest, I'm kind of making these rules up as we go along...but, I want to run a nice contest and not have to go getting my lawyer involved with 20 pages of contest rules and regulations, so hopefully the above guidelines will make everyone happy.

The key is that we are comparing RELATIVE changes in your business.

It's not about the exact number of books you sell, but how many more books you sell in the next 60 days compared to how many books you normally sell now. (Just using books as the example here, again, it could be CD's, DVD's, or memberships...)

And above all, this contest is simply about motivating you to finally TAKE ACTION and get something done with your online business.
